Spaces are assigned on a “first come first serve” basis.  Applications must be received by May 20th, 2019.  If you require a permit, please contact the Alpena County Health Department directly.  Vendors must provide their own rated fire retardant tents, fire extinguishers/ tables, chairs, and outdoor grounded extension cords.  Vendor agrees to abide by all codes, regulations, and laws of the County of Alpena and Alpena County Health Department.   The Vendor agrees to hold harmless the Long Lake Lights Festival, Inc., the Alpena County Park and the County of Alpena in the case of loss, damage, theft, and Acts of God relating to Long Lake Lights Festival 2019.  Your signature above indicates acceptance of all conditions as well as releases your contact information and photos to be shared on our website.
